Dr. Bob Scharp is a general dentist who has practiced in Big Rapids since 1970.  Dr. Scharp is a graduate of University of Michigan and is a member of the Michigan Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the West Central District Dental Society.  He is also a member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation as well as the Academy of Computerized Dentistry.

    During Dr. Scharp's career, he has been very involved as a lecturer and clinician for several different companies; today, he devotes his time solely to his practice incorporating the use of CAD/CAM technology, namely "Cerec 3D".  He is one of the few dentists in the Univted States who have also incorporated the Cerec InLab within his practice, formulating Creative Dental Ceramics.  Cerec 3D, along with Cerec InLab, allows Dental Health Care Associates to provide all-ceramic restorations in one day and ceramic bridgework, in a timely manner.
